Coaxing the best motivation and engagement from learners calls for rich and stimulating learning experiences. Our education projects reach across generations, touch everyone regardless of their access to technology, and take into account their culture and background. Our learning environments maximize time and financial resources.
Our collaborators include government agencies, health systems, educational institutions, and community programs. Together, we’ve created learning and training strategies to improve health outcomes of the people around us, no matter where they live or who they are.

cHIEF eXECUTIVE oFFICER
Monique Cuvelier is Talance’s chief executive officer. She leads the organization as it provides knowledge to thousands of learners across the US. Monique’s two decades of leadership include publishing, education and technology. She has been featured in such publications as Fast Company and The Wall Street Journal and is the author of hundreds of articles and has contributed to several books. Monique has a deep commitment to public health, multiculturalism and eliminating health disparities.
CHIEF tECHNOLOGY oFFICER
Peter Maureemootoo is Talance’s chief technology officer. He leads the organization’s technology strategy and is in charge of expanding our learning platform. Peter works with the latest technologies, especially as they relate to humans and usability. He has developed enterprise infrastructures for global publishing, finance and training platforms. Peter is dedicated to shaping technology to the needs of all people, no matter where they are or what their background.
