Supporting Frontline Staff Who Link People to HIV Care and Help Them Stay in It
CHWTraining’s HIV Care Specialty program supports organizations that connect people living with HIV to care, coverage, and ongoing support.
This program is designed for agencies that rely on frontline staff, such as community health workers, peer navigators, case managers, linkage and retention staff, and care coordinators, to keep people engaged in care over time.
The HIV Care Specialty can be used on its own or alongside Core Competencies. Programs onboarding newer staff can add foundations courses, and supervisors can be prepared through the Leadership & Supervision Program.

- Programs needing consistent preparation for staff regardless of hire date
